Terms of Service

1. Definitions

"Platform" means the GoHostDirect SaaS service. "User" means the registered property owner. "Guest" means the person making a booking. "Service" means the set of features provided.

2. Subject

GoHostDirect provides a SaaS platform for managing direct bookings for accommodation businesses, including a booking widget, channel manager, payment handling and guest communication.

3. Registration

Using the Service requires creating an account. The User warrants that the data provided is truthful and undertakes to keep their credentials confidential.

4. Plans and payments

The Service is available on the Starter (free), Pro and Business plans. Payments are monthly or annual. The User may change plan at any time. Guest payments are processed through Stripe.

5. User obligations

• Provide accurate information about their property
• Comply with local rules on accommodation businesses and tourist taxes
• Handle bookings and guest data properly
• Not use the Service for unlawful activities

6. Limitation of liability

GoHostDirect is not liable for lost income, overbooking caused by User error, or problems with third-party providers (Stripe, OTAs). Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the User over the last 12 months.

7. Termination

The User may delete their account at any time. There is no minimum contractual term. On deletion, data is retained for 30 days in case restoration is needed.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. The Court of Rome has exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
